 This workshop will discuss what we have learned about clutch budgeting and how we can better use financial tools to keep our organizations financially  healthy. What should you do differently looking forward? Who is accountable for the finances of your organization? Are your accounting records updated monthly? 

The session will cover topics such as:

  • Reserves management and budgeting 
  • Budget planning 
  • Cashflow projections 
  • Operational forecasts
