This workshop will help you understand the requirements your organization must meet under legislation. This session is of interest to board members, management, staff, and volunteers. Presented by IntegralOrg's Yvonne Chenier and Betty Thompson.

We will cover:

• Governance responsibilities
• Nonprofit legal compliance
• CRA compliance (reporting, receipting, other CRA policies)
