Program Coordinator

IntegralOrg assists nonprofits and charities to carry out their missions, through a comprehensive suite of services that build organizational capacity. We offer education and support in foundational areas like governance, legal compliance, financial management, strategic planning, change management, and risk management. “Our mission is yours.”

IntegralOrg is seeking to hire a Program Coordinator (Monday to Thursday, 30 hours/week, 0.8 FTE). This position will have several areas of responsibility and will report to the Program Manager. You’ll assist with our risk management programming, workshops and events, and evaluation of IntegralOrg’s nonprofit education, projects, and clinics. This role will be a good fit for individuals interested in learning about nonprofit operations and capacity-building, project and program management, and adult learning. Our office operates on a hybrid in-office and remote-work model; this position will have designated in-office days and the option to work remotely 1-2 days per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization, project management and customer service skills, be a systems-thinker, and enjoy working in a small, focused team environment.

Key Duties

1. Coordinates programs and educational services.

  • Daily administration of program delivery logistics (event registration, communication with participants, support to facilitators, and other duties as assigned).
  • Supports the creation of educational materials and content, and the maintenance of IntegralOrg’s online education platform and toolkits.

2. Provides administrative support.

  • Supports good workflow, development and execution of effective processes, and communication among the IntegralOrg team, working closely with the Program Manager and other staff to support their work in an administrative role.
  • Data collection, maintenance, and reporting, assisting with the management of IntegralOrg’s client relationship database(s).

3. Conducts related research and analysis activities.

  • Co-designs, gathers, and analyzes data to support monitoring and evaluation of programs and educational services in cooperation with the Program Manager and Administrator.
  • Researches and analyzes specific topics to support initiatives and programs.

4. Reports and evaluates.

  • Reports on the day-to-day operations and status of established goals. Assists in creation and delivery of program performance reporting.
  • Contributes ideas for ongoing improvement and effective delivery of high quality, well-coordinated programs and services to nonprofits and charities.

Key Experience

  • At least two years of experience in administrative roles;
  • Strong communication skills (oral & written);
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with other programs and software specific to the organization;
  • Able to maintain an electronic filing system;
  • Knowledge of the nonprofit sector, previous working experience in the sector will be considered an asset.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $38,500-$42,000 for 30 hours/week (0.8 FTE), commensurate with qualifications and experience.
