We are Hiring: Program Coordinator

IntegralOrg is seeking to hire a Program Coordinator (30.0 hours/week, 0.8 FTE with occasional evenings and weekends required). This vital role supports the programming and project work of the organization. You’ll assist with our programming, workshops, and events, and evaluation of IntegralOrg’s nonprofit education and projects. This role will be a good fit for individuals interested in learning about nonprofit operations and capacity building, project and program management, and adult learning. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, visual design aptitude, and enjoy working in a small, focused team environment.

Key Duties

  • Support the creation of educational content and materials, including designing, editing and preparing digital and physical materials for workshops and presentations.
  • Coordinate program logistics, including event planning, scheduling meetings, drafting agendas, setting up the programming calendar, monitoring registrations, and providing facilitation support.
  • Collect, report, and present data for monitoring and evaluation.
  • Research and analyze specific topics to support initiatives and programs.
  • Develop and document standardized processes to create efficiencies in the role.
  • Contribute ideas for ongoing improvement and effective delivery of high-quality, well-coordinated programs and services to nonprofits and charities.

Key Experience

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Interest in the nonprofit environment and operations would be an asset.
  • Experience with graphic design and various tools for creating engaging visuals.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with other programs and software, such as Salesforce, Monday.com and Canva.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $46,000 – 48,000 for 30.0 hours/week (0.8 FTE), commensurate with qualifications and experience.
