We all face questions of how to prepare our organizations for an unknown future. Every day we are presented with potential threats and opportunities in our ability to deliver on mission and be of service to our communities. Examining daily operations and long-term strategies for the element of risk can bring new awareness to the influence we have on our organization’s future health and ability to serve.
Risk Management planning allows organizations to prepare for uncertainty and build resiliency with greater foresight of potential disruptions.
IntegralOrg’s two-session virtual training will provide you with the building blocks for an effective risk management program that can be customized to your nonprofit’s unique risk profile and can be set up to grow and mature alongside your organization.
Designed for management, board, and staff, this training includes practical tools, curated resources, and two half-day live group sessions, held two weeks apart to allow for reflection and integration as you learn.
