Managing a nonprofit organization can be a complex undertaking, especially in times of uncertainty.

In this workshop, IntegralOrg’s Mike Grogan will discuss the effects of current trends such as the prolonged economic downturn and the COVID-19 pandemic on nonprofit organizations and offer tools and resources to help organizations navigate the recovery phase.

The workshop will also cover techniques for how, even in uncertain times, organizations can define goals, create strategic plans, and position themselves for sustainability.

This is one of a series of four workshops for nonprofit organizations offered throughout the Tri-Municipal Region and hosted in partnership with the City of Spruce Grove, Town of Stony Plain, and Parkland County.
