This workshop will discuss how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected the nonprofit sector and the financial recovery measures taken up to this point. We will then look to the future and rebuilding with financial and program strategies and tools to manage both.  

This workshop will be of interest to board members, staff, volunteers, and funders that are rebuilding their organizations to meet community needs.
