The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way that nonprofits and charities operate, fundraise, plan, and manage risk.
This question and answer session will focus on the current state of things and the road ahead. IntegralOrg’s team of presenters includes Yvonne Chenier, QC, Betty Thompson, FCPA, FCGA, and Executive Director Mike Grogan. They will offer their expertise on legal matters, governance, finances, budgeting, strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
Participants can submit questions ahead of time or during the session. Questions can be COVID-19 focused, or relevant to whatever you are facing as we approach fall. There will be ample opportunity for discussion and participants to share their experiences.
