Devin Mylrea

Devin is senior legal counsel at De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited where he provides broad legal expertise to De Havilland and the De Havilland Canada group of companies in regard to domestic and international transactions, commercial matters, M&A, regulatory and legislative compliance, intellectual property and dispute resolution. 

As a experienced c-suite executive, Devin is advisor to corporate directors and executive with strengths in M&A, strategic planning, risk management, continuous disclosure, and governance.

Devin holds an LL.B. in Canadian Common Law from University of Calgary, and a Diploma in Criminal Justice Studies from Mount Royal. Devin is proud to serve as a mentor to Women in Aerospace Canada, a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding women’s opportunities for leadership and professional development as well as increasing their visibility in the aerospace community.
