Through the Canada Summer Jobs program, IntegralOrg is seeking to hire a Program Assistant, Education.  

Start Date: June 9, 2025 (approx.)      

  • To qualify for this position, you must be between the ages of 15 and 30 and be legally entitled to work in Canada (which means you must have a valid Social Insurance Number). 
  • This position is for an 8-week term, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week for a maximum of 280 hours. The wage for this position is $19 per hour.
  • This is a hybrid position with a combination of both in-office and remote work (you’ll need access to a computer and internet connection).   

 

The Job

As a Program Assistant – Education, you will be an important part of a small, friendly, collaborative team that supports Alberta charities and nonprofits. This position is supervised by the Manager of Communications who will, along with the whole team, provide an orientation to IntegralOrg, the nonprofit sector, and the tasks of this position.

IntegralOrg offers Alberta nonprofits organizations programs and services such as educational workshops, free consultations, and in-depth organizational development.

Your role will be to help us understand and connect the data we have collected about our programs and services by performing the following:

  • Review and understand IntegralOrg’s programs and services.
  • Review and understand how IntegralOrg’s programs and services are evaluated and measured and where this data is stored in various IntegralOrg’s systems. 
  • Research and recommend data analytics tools to help us connect data from various sources. (Power BI is an example of a data analytics tool.) 
  • Track the interactions of some individual nonprofit organizations over time with IntegralOrg programs and services. 
  • Provide a summary to the IntegralOrg Team of the above.    
  • Work collaboratively with area leads and IntegralOrg team to accomplish these tasks.

Previous experience in the nonprofit sector is an asset as is an affinity for program data and/or data analytics.
